We paid for this product but after more than 1 hour only 11 images processed. We use one of the fastest servers for WordPress sites with 10Gbps connections so that cannot be the bottleneck. The process also stops with error "The Image Url field has to be a URL" when it encounters an image url with special characters like "€". [update] Support has responded and they weren't able to solve the problem. Got a refund and this plugin is now disabled on wordpress.org. On their website is mentioned they've been acquired by WP Compress wpcompress.com

This application is a complete waste of your time. Multiple sites, varying quantities of images... all failing periodically. This is not a complete application. It loses changes and doesn't complete work. It's a travesty and I wish I could get the 3 hours of my life back that I just spent trying to get it work.

I purchased 1GB last month and installed the plugin on a client's website. The process of optimizing got stuck at the beginning. I reached out to the customer support and they asked for login info. I provided them the login info but never heard back from them ever again I tried to contact them several times and even opened up the new case but no one seems to be responding.

I like the setup wizard. It's still best to have a basic understanding of things like CDN and kinds of caching.

If you have an image heavy website then this plugin is a must. Will definitely give you a boost in speed and since google like speedy websites, it will definitely give you a boost in ranking as well. And of course, you have to love the cute octopus... it is adorable 🙂
