Installation
- Upload
blue-loginfiles to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the
Pluginsmenu in WordPress. - Select your favorite theme in
Blue Themespanel. - Set your custom logo in
Login Optionspanel.

I’ve been using Theme My Login for years, but it is no longer being supported or updated, and it is broken for WP 4.3 (password resets fail).
This is a nice, simple to use alternative. Has some nice default themes. Upload a custom image (recommend 320px wide), pick a theme, and you’re all set. Add some custom text to the lead-in box if you want.
If you want to spend the effort, you can completely customize with your own CSS.
